Description

Multiple users at the Ministry of Education headquarters are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. The network drops every 15-20 minutes and reconnects after approximately 30 seconds. This is affecting critical operations including the education management information system.

I've checked the router logs and found multiple authentication failures. Will investigate the RADIUS server next.

The issue is affecting all 25 workstations on the 3rd floor. Users report that the problem started after yesterday's power outage.
